网红减肥食谱之甜南瓜、鸡胸肉、芝士格拉汤!

今天的甜南瓜里热量低,加上鸡胸肉、西红柿、虾,给肚子带来饱腹感的“罗峰先生”南瓜鸡胸肉芝士格拉汤“。”

制作材料
迷你南瓜半桶(约200g),鸡胸肉(60g),铃铛西红柿4个,鸡尾酒虾4个,芝士片1张

制作方法
第1步:南瓜把南瓜切成两半,用勺把种子挖出来。(在微波炉里转3分钟左右,切开一半就容易切断了)

2.蒸笼蒸十分钟。(用微波炉返还7分钟也行!)

第三。把西红柿和虾切成适当大小。

4.浇上橄榄油,按西红柿→虾的顺序炒。大众眼里看到鲜虾后觉得虾已经熟了就别再炒了!

五.煮熟的南瓜小心拿,别烫手。

6.在一边放入番茄和虾炒过的食物,在另一侧放入解冻的鸡胸肉。

7.把奶酪切成网状。

八.为了融化芝士,放入烤箱再烤5分钟(微波炉大概2分钟)
